Is the world a place worth fighting for?

 Sometimes I look at the news and I wonder what is going on, this place is a mad house where evil has 

conquered, and is now the norm.

I wondered what happened to the world I grew up in ? were honor and decency used to mean something,

Were people with common sense were the majority.?

Now we live in a world with no truth and no decency, a world in which common sense has died.

and this depresses me because I felt as if evil had won.

But I than I see how people respond to tragedies and how the best of humanity, rises to meet the needs of others.

i think at those moments that the world is really what you wish to see.

Maybe i should focus on the good people and helping them try to make this place a better world.
