STAGE 1 

Stage one of the 2023 Tour de France is in the books and once again the surprises did not wait long to make an impact on this years race.

Enric Mas the team leader for Movistar fell on the decent into town and is now out of this years race a devastating blow for the Spanish squad, which will now have to look for stages as their hope of a podium seems to have vanished.

Richard Carapaz from Education first also fell on the decent but he was able to remount his bike and limp into town 16 minutes behind the leaders, His hopes of a podium also gone, will have to see if he is able to continue.

The two favorites Pogecar. And Vingeggaard came to the front of the peloton at the last climb of the day where they tested the rest of their opponents which they quickly dropped on the climb, it seems this years tour will be between these two I put my money on Pogacar but the favorite is Vingegaard.

The stage was decided between the Yates brothers with Simon winning stage one and becoming the first leader in this years edition.

Love Lost what to do when they leave

 I have lost what I loved most.

A person that I felt made my life better.

But in the end it was not to be,  and my beloved walked away.

perhaps no words can fill the emptiness that I feel.

No way to explain the pain in the chest when I am reminded of what I lost.

Only my brain that from time to time reminds me that life is as it is not as we wish it were,

and that she choose to leave.

Things are not clear in mind but I do know that if I am alone and that my future is in my hands,

I either find a way to use the pain as fuel to better myself or I fall into a hole of darkness which may take year to or a lifetime to exit.

I choose life and a better future, she left and now I leave her memories behind, for there is no way to go forward while firmly anchored in the past.

NFL CONCUSSIONS TUA -FANS

This week we were reminded of how truly violent Football is.

Football  is a violent, brutal, dangerous game there is no way of getting around it.

BEST MIAMI DOLPHINS SHOWS - DOLPHINS FEVER

 So we we are in the middle of Dolphin fever a success starved Fanbase is little by little buying into this team, and so far the first two weeks of the season have not disappointed.

If you are like me you are scouring the internet, or any platform for any tidbit of dolphin news; and so far for me here are my list of favorites.

MIAMI DOLPHINS WEEK ONE ANALYSIS

Rejoyce Dolphin fans your Miami Dolphins have started 2022 with a win over the hated New England Patriots.

Our dreams and hopes are alive, and we go onto week two motivated with our genius coach and track and field receivers.

They hype and excitement from the last few months, which has  revitalized the fan base in a ways that this writer has not seen since the 1992 campaign is exhilarating, and the town is once again a Dolphin Town like in the glory days.

It's  also  nice to be in the news for on field success as opposed to behind the scenes blundering. Besides the moron in the parking lot that burned 11 cars.

but Now let's get to the. game itself.

1. Coaching Mike Mcdaniel on his coaching debut shinned, the team was well prepared, not many penalties and they always seemed to be a step ahead of the patriots.

The play calling was aggressive especially in the 4th and seven play with changed the game.

Coaching 8 pts - 

Offensive line there were many injuries throughout the game which makes it hard to judge the quality of play, what we can say for sure is that 65 yards rushing will definitely not get the job done in the NFL.

Tua was sacked and rushed a few times so overall grade for offensive line 6

Running - 65 yards. not enough- 5 pts

Receivers - Tyreek Hill showed why he is the man the dolphins gave up 5 players for, he is electric and his presence on the field will give opportunities to all the other receivers. 9 pts.

The Defense started slow allowing New England to drive all all the way down the field on their first drive,

but once the pressure was on Miami shined like a diamond.

Great performance but still some  concerns due to injuries at cornerback. I am still concerned for our coverage of tight ends but will see how things turn out. during the season.

We go on to Baltimore where as of today the Ravens were favorite by 4 pts, it will be a tough game but if the defense can rattle the. Baltimore offense as it did last year maybe Miami can steal a road win.

I will pick this one with my heart as I hope the dolphins can pull off the upset, Miami  27 - Baltimore 14

 The world seems to have lost its way since I last wrote, in my humble opinion the lack of manners and civility has become the norm, it seems as if civilization itself maybe is faltering in front of our eyes.

Things we took for granted in here in America are now in question, free speech, democracy, even freedom itself are now at risk as the extremist passions of society are putting our way of life in risk.

The culture of me first, of let me get mine no matter the consequences has triumphed but in mi opinion we have all lost,
